Rodolfo is a seasoned investor and entrepreneur with experience in developing over 15GWp of renewable energy projects globally since 2008.
He is the Chair and Founder of Innovo Group Holding, which supports seed and early-stage renewable energy companies, and the CEO of Innovo Renewables, a renewable energy developer and operator.
In the past six years, he has successfully launched renewable energy platforms that yield above-market returns.
Previously, he held senior positions at NextEnergy Capital and Hideal Partners, focusing on energy acquisitions and M&A transactions.
Marco has built a strong track record in renewable energy and sustainability, holding various roles throughout his career.
He began as an M&A advisor before transitioning into investment, managing real estate and private equity funds at GAM Group and Quadrivio, where he achieved above-market returns.
He then led business development at Tonello Energie, helping to strengthen its position in the Italian solar market and expand into biogas and agritech, developing large-scale PV and biogas plants for top-tier investors and utilities.
Most recently, Marco became an entrepreneur, founding Nextitude, an engineering firm providing high-value services for real assets through long-term partnerships with prestigious clients.
Andrea is Doctor of Agricultural Sciences and director of T.E.R.R.A. Consulting Srl, an engineering firm with over 20 years of experience in agronomic, environmental, and forensic fields.
He has led projects in agricultural photovoltaics, energy, and water resources, with a focus on environmental and agronomic planning.
Since 1988, he has managed organic farms and served as a court consultant in forensic matters. Former councillor of the Polesine Adige Canalbianco Land Reclamation Consortium and national board member of Confagricoltura.
He has also conducted research on compost applications and authored several agronomy publications.
Enrico is a full-time researcher at the University of Florence’s Faculty of Agriculture, where he has worked since 1997 and earned a PhD in Agro-biotechnology for tropical crops.
His research focuses on plant biomass for energy production, and he is a member of the university’s Interdepartmental Research Centre for Alternative and Renewable Energies (CREAR) of the University of Florence, where he also teaches at the IMES International Master in Bioenergy and Environment.
His work includes research on essential oils and flavours and fragrances of plant origin in various climates, and he designs large-scale cropping systems, including mechanization, for both food and non-food crops in tropical and subtropical regions. He holds the Chairs of Herbaceous Crops, Tropical Field Crops, and Non-Food Crop Production.
