Nextitude

Nextitude, formed in 2024 from the merger of three engineering firms and one M&A advisory firm, boasts a strong track record in real estate investment. Each of the six founding partners has over 15 years of experience, contributing to substantial construction and management projects. With an internal team of around 25 professionals and a network of specialists, Nextitude offers "turnkey" services and fosters long-term client relationships, supporting investors from initial stages to plant construction.

Terra Consulting

Founded in 2003 and based in Adria (RO), combines the know-how of a multidisciplinary group that has been working for over twenty years in the fields of agronomy, environment, surveying and legal expertise. It is an engineering company founded with the aim of developing the topographic surveying sector through the use of satellite systems, as well as territorial design and planning services, with particular attention to the protection and enhancement of the landscape and the environmental aspects that characterise it.

Myricae, established in Florence in 2017, is a design and consultancy firm that combines diverse professional expertise. It aims to deliver high-quality solutions for land use, bioenergy, and scientific innovation. The team consists of experienced professionals with training in research funding, agricultural research, business consultancy, and innovative design.
