NT Innovo Agri S.r.l., aware of the need to ensure conditions of fairness and transparency in the conduct of business and corporate activities, in order to protect its position and reputation, has deemed it consistent with its corporate policies to adopt and implement the Organizational and Management Model provided for by Legislative Decree 231/2001.
The Company has therefore adopted its own Organizational, Management and Control Model in compliance with the requirements set forth by Legislative Decree 231/2001, and it is the Company’s objective to update it periodically in light of organizational and legislative changes.
In compliance with the provisions of the aforementioned Decree, the Company has established an internal Supervisory Body (Organismo di Vigilanza) tasked with overseeing the functioning, effectiveness and compliance with the aforementioned Model, as well as ensuring its updating.

ORGANIZATION, MANAGEMENT AND CONTROL MODEL CODE OF ETHICSNT INNOVO AGRI SRL has implemented its whistleblowing management procedure (Whistleblowing Procedure) pursuant to Legislative Decree No. 24/2023, which defines the channels available for submitting a report and ensures the confidentiality of the identity of the reporting person, the person concerned, as well as the content of the report and the related documentation.
